The Challenge
Create a wellness experience that incorporates ice baths, infrared sauna and breathwork classes that facilitates relaxation and recovery. Combined with providing and a sense of ‘calm’ to align with the brand guidelines.
Our Approach
The experience is designed to be inclusive and accommodate a variety of clientele. The journey begins in the lounge, where clients are greeted by staff and a curated selection of wellness products in the retail display. This leads into the breathwork room, where clients explore the art of mindfulness.
Followed by individualised ice baths and infrared sauna rooms with shower facilities. These individualised rooms provide a unique experience for clients starting with the sauna and followed by the ice bath experience, leaving them feeling invigorated and energised.
